Our return policy at the Gift Shop allows customers to return items within 30 days of purchase. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or receive a gift that doesn't quite suit your taste, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. However, please note that this policy does not apply to custom orders if its at no fault of LLuvia's Boutique. Please insure all images, and names are spelled correct. Once you approve the design and it's made all sales are final. If your order arrived damaged please contact us immediately. We can not accept returns on any open cosmetics unless damaged.
